My opinion:
Unfortunately I could not make you skin Watch, however, that the powder can not say I matted. Why? Because I would not dream to spread the powder all over her face:-D But it glistens just too strong. That is why I wear it just above the cheekbones and minimal in the nose on a beautiful mica face.
